Axial Vector Energy Corp. (AXVC.PK)

Axial Vector Energy Corporation is an excitingly forward-thinking company engaged in the ownership, development, and licensing of advanced combustion engine and power generation concepts that far exceed those currently accepted as industry standards. The company is currently in the process of obtaining patents on breakthrough technologies which represent the culmination of its continued efforts to improve upon existing generators and combustion engines for a wide range of applications.

The Axial Vector engine differs from traditional engines in many ways; perhaps most in that it utilizes a linear transmission design. Conventional engines employ one cylinder per piston, which at any point during operation, does not allow for a perfectly balanced engine. The engine cylinders are crowded to one side, and run perpendicular to the drive shaft. These opposing forces are what create excessive vibrations and engine wear in many vehicles. The Axial Vector engine boasts two opposing cylinders for each piston, creating an even distribution of power and weight, and running parallel to the drive shaft. This configuration allows for a smooth and even transfer of power.

The concept of the linear transmission design dates back to World War II, when Dr. Karl Hermann used it to assist the United States Navy in creating a pneumatic drive for its MK-46 torpedoes. Dr. Hermann continued his research in linear power technology post-war, leading to the production of an engine that was approved by the FAA for light aircraft operation in 1957. In 1960, the linear power method was borrowed by General Motors to be adapted for its automotive air conditioning compressors; the design is still used in GM cars today.

Decades later, in 2004, Axial Vector Energy Corp. acquired both the rights to Karl Hermann's intellectual property, and his engine prototypes, one of which would lead to the production of Axial Vector's four-stroke Gas-Cam marine engine. The Gas-Cam can produce three foot-pounds of torque per unit of horsepower, as compared to the 1.0-1.7 produced by conventional engines. In addition to doing more work for the same 'cost' in horsepower, it contains astonishingly fewer parts, reducing size, weight, and maintenance requirements.

At present, Axial Vector Energy is also performing final tests on another of its exciting new advancements. The 100KW coreless axial flux permanent magnet generator is a marvel of modern technology, utilizing its large copper coils and rare-earth magnets to almost seamlessly convert rotational motion into electricity; at nearly 100 percent efficiency. When two of these 100KW generators are combined with Axial Vector's new 352 horsepower eight-cylinder "Work Horse" engine, it creates what the company calls a GENSET; one of the world's most efficient free-standing electricity generation and regulation units, capable of providing continuous power anywhere on the planet.

What makes Axial Vector's technologies so great is that they are totally scalable, and applicable to nearly any need. With ten patents pending on various aspects of the Axial Vector family of products, is seems reasonable to assume that Axial Vector Energy Corporation is a name that many more people are soon to recognize. This is definitely a company we recommend.

SkyPostal Networks, Inc. (SKPN.OB)

SkyPostal Networks, Inc. is one bulletin board company that deserves your immediate attention. SkyPostal is an international postal delivery and logistics solutions provider that prides itself on being one of the most efficient ways to transport mail in and out of the Latin America. With the recent addition of a handling facility at the Newark Airport, the company has substantially increased its ability to effectively transport nearly one million pieces of mail daily.

SkyPostal Networks was founded in 2002 by the same individuals who started SkyNet-Choice in 1972, which was Latin America's first international courier service. With the formation of SkyPostal came the hope of raising the standard in Latin American package delivery, and the company has done just that. It takes the average piece of mail sent via the national postal services 17 days to travel from Europe to South America. SkyPostal accomplishes the same task in an average of only 7.5 days! Like the major logistics companies, SkyPostal offers customers the ability to monitor the progress of each individual parcel with its proprietary PosTrac™ software, a web-based tracking application.

SkyPostal customers include individuals with specialized delivery needs, as well as businesses of many kinds requiring time-sensitive materials to reach their destinations as expeditiously as possible. Direct marketers and catalog services find SkyPostal's system to be more than adequate for reaching Latin American clients. Magazine and periodical publishers rely on SkyPostal to ensure the timely delivery of their materials to South American subscribers. Even banks have begun to recognize the company for its ability to deliver account statements and credit cards to the region faster than any other logistics firm.

The company never stops trying to improve upon its already superlative services, as was illustrated by a recent agreement with Deutsche Post’s DHL Global Mail, effectively expanding SkyPostal's reach in Europe. Many regarded this as an extremely prudent decision, as other larger companies (such as FedEx) have begun to see a need for broader coverage of the European market.

It would certainly seem as if SkyPostal Networks is a step ahead of the competition in that respect, and the company is heading into some very exciting times. A recent 8-K filing also shows that the company is growing financially as well. First quarter 2008 sales yielded a forty percent gain over those of a year earlier, shooting from $1,747,765 to $2,440,801. With that exceedingly good news, and the rapid expansion of its active service areas, there has never been a better time to look at SkyPostal Networks.

Superlattice Power, Inc. (SLAT.OB)

As human beings finally begin to realize the need for more environmentally-conscious ways to power their vehicles and their lives, companies like Superlattice Power, Inc. start to fade into view as very attractive investment opportunities. It's no coincidence; we ought to be glad that there are companies like this one, paving the way to the future in this very transitional period in our planet's history. Yesterday's propulsion solution was the use of engines to burn fossil fuels, often with no regard for the rate at which these monstrosities consumed precious resources. Today, companies like Superlattice Power and its closely-working partner, Hybrid Technologies, are using clean-running lithium ion batteries to change the way we think about transportation.

We know why lithium ion batteries beat internal combustion hands down, as anyone recently filling up their car's gas tank can tell you. Past impracticality of owning an electric vehicle is now being surpassed by the pitfalls and expense of conventional vehicles. But why is lithium so attractive compared to other competing sources of power? First, they are much lighter. This gives the lithium ion a much higher energy density, meaning that more power can be stored in a smaller cell. Take a traditional lead-acid car battery for instance; it can only store about 25 watthours of electricity per kilogram. A lithium ion cell can hold 150 watthours in that same kilogram, making lithium six times more effective than lead-acid. Another advantage to the technology upon which Superlattice Power focuses is its charging characteristics. Lithium holds a charge surprisingly well, losing just 5 percent per month in a state of disuse. It also has no memory effect, meaning that lithium does not require a discharge before recharging.

The area in which Superlattice Power is primarily engaged is the research and development of high capacity and energy density superlattice structures for use as cathode materials in the production of vehicle-grade lithium ion battery cells. Additionally, the company has recently announced the successful development of new metallic anodes for use with the superlattice cathode materials that will ultimately increase the performance of existing lithium cells even further.

Superlattice Power, Inc. is at the forefront of the transition to the next generation of electrically-powered vehicles and dwellings. From a business perspective, this company offers an exciting opportunity; from an environmental perspective, it presents freedom from the past, and passage into the future. Put this company on your radar today to benefit from the potentially enormous profits of tomorrow!
